About Founder
Elizabeth Guerra
With roots planted in the West End of Richmond, Elizabeth Guerra took a big leap to Los Angeles in pursuit of honing her craft with industry players. Her contribution to the many facets of hairstyling started as a Beverly Hills celebrity assistant and casting finalist on Bravo’s “Shear Genius.”
Guerra went onto develop a signature hair painting technique and mastered dry haircutting and trending styles alongside NYC hair mavens, next bringing her ambition to Florida as Key Stylist for the Waldorf Astoria and L’Oreal brand consultant.
Her skills and dedication led to accolades from the Ritz Carlton Naples as a top performer and recognition as a “Person of Interest” in Gulf Shore magazine but her award from Goodwill of America for small business ownership in conjunction with the Score mentoring program as a leading entrepreneur pushes her forward today in both leadership and market innovation.
