- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction.
- Proven experience in managing restaurant construction projects.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans.
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Basic English speaking skills.
Site Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Manage on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and quality of work.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction.
- Experience in supervising restaurant construction sites.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans.
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Basic English speaking skills.
Electrical and Plumbing Specialist
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical and plumbing systems in restaurant projects.
- Ensure all systems meet safety and building codes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical and plumbing work.
- Experience in restaurant construction projects.
