Call our office at 919-772-7000 or fill in your contact information at the top of this page. Once received, our Estate Planning team will reach out with information about the next steps of the process and deliver our Estate Planning Questionnaire for you to complete.
Once you’ve completed our Estate Planning Questionnaire, it will be virtually submitted to our Estate Planning team and our attorneys for review. Our staff will review your information so that we have a better understanding of your unique situation so that recommendations can be made for your personalized Estate Plan.
Once your Estate Planning Questionnaire has been reviewed, our team will be in touch to provide a direct link to our Estate Planning calendar so that you can book your initial consultation. We offer in person, zoom, and phone consultations for your convenience.
Once we’ve consulted with you and chosen the Estate Planning package that best fits you, your attorney will prepare the initial drafts of your Estate Plan for your review. You will be sent instructions of what to look for in your draft plan, and we will spend time making sure that everything is prepared to perfectly fit your needs while answering any questions you may have.
Once your documents are approved and final, we will send you an invitation to schedule your signing appointment along with instructions on what you can expect at your signing. You’ll come into our office on the day of your appointment, sign with your attorney, and receive an Estate Planning binder with instructions for safekeeping.
