Placing an order is super simple! Visit our page, fill out the submission form, and provide the product link or a screenshot showing item details like size and colour. Ensure the link is for the product page, not the cart or checkout. After your request, we handle everything from pickup to delivery! what you want to keep, pay only for what you love, and we’ll handle the return of the rest—hassle-free! Plus, to keep things fun, our driver might even offer a friendly fist bump before they go!
Ahh this is the sweet part of all this, simply hand back the item/s you don’t want to our driver, and we’ll return them to the store for you. A $5 service return fee applies—convenience at its finest!
You’ll receive a receipt with your order. If you change your mind, you can return the items directly to the store for a store credit. Prefer a refund? Contact us, and we’ll handle the return for you. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to the store’s return policy.
Our service is as affordable as it is convenient, with delivery fee of $10, and if applicable a $5 return service fee
We currently deliver within a 10km radius of Watergardens Shopping Centre. Got a location slightly outside the range? Let us know—we’re quite flexible! But don’t be sending us to Ballarat, we haven’t expanded that far….YET 😊

To ensure the best service, we currently limit orders to three items per delivery.
We operate retail business hours, seven days a week. However we can schedule deliveries and try-ons after hours.
